Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and related products and services, including any content or information provided as part of the Site or such related products, services or websites (collectively with the Site, the “Services”), which are owned or operated by CRYPTODREAMS LTD (“DeCrypto.tax”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer carefully before you access the Services, as these Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and DeCrypto.tax.

These Terms may apply to you individually, the business or other legal entity user you represent, or both. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you hereby represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of such entity. By accessing, registering for or using the Services, you: (1) acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms; (2) agree to be bound by them in their entirety, and (3) are entering into a legally binding agreement with us. As used in these Terms and unless separately identified as applicable to either an individual or entity, “you” and “your” refer to both you individually and the entity on behalf of which you are entering into these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES REQUIRES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AS THEY MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING THE POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE HEREIN, WHICH INCLUDES OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

To be eligible to use the Services, you represent and warrant that you: (i) are at least 18 years of age or otherwise over the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (ii) are not currently restricted from the Services and are not otherwise prohibited from having an account related thereto; (iii) will only maintain one account at any given time; (iv) will only provide accurate information to DeCrypto.tax; (v) have full power and authority to enter into these Terms, and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; and (vi) will not violate any rights of DeCrypto.tax or any third party.

You assume all responsibility for your use of and access to the Services. Accounts are for a single user, company, or other legal entity, as applicable. Any multiple-party use, other than individual use on behalf of a company or other legal entity, is prohibited.

3.1. Accuracy: By registering for our Services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will promptly notify us in writing if your information changes. We are not responsible for any disputes or claims related to any inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by you.

3.2. Privacy: Though DeCrypto.tax strives to collect as little personal data as possible, to use our Services, you must register and submit certain personally identifiable information. You expressly agree that we may collect, disclose, store, and otherwise use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3. Your Content: You retain ownership of any information, materials, photos, or other content (the "Content") you provide to DeCrypto.tax. By providing Content, you grant DeCrypto.tax a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, non-exclusive, and transferable right to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, adapt, and publicly display such Content.

3.4. Interactions with Other Users: You are solely responsible for all interactions with other users. DeCrypto.tax does not verify Content or other information provided by users and is not responsible for any interactions, disputes, or issues arising from such interactions.

3.5. Your Account: You agree to keep your password secure and confidential, not permit others to use your account, not use the accounts of others, not transfer your account to another party, and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for any activity occurring under your account.

3.6. Feedback: Any feedback you provide to DeCrypto.tax is given voluntarily and DeCrypto.tax is free to use or disclose such feedback for any purpose without compensation or reimbursement.

Subject to these Terms, DeCrypto.tax grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to access the Services through a generally available mobile device, web browser, or DeCrypto.tax authorized Site to view content and information and otherwise use the Services to the extent intended and permitted by the functionality thereof. You may not resell our Services, permit other users access to our Services through your account, or use the Services to host content for others. DeCrypto.tax reserves all rights not expressly granted to you herein.

If you purchase any Services that we offer for a fee ("Paid Services"), you agree to pay the applicable fees when due plus all related taxes. We may store your payment information and charge it for subsequent charges you authorize. Subscription accounts automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are at DeCrypto.tax's sole discretion.

All payments for Paid Services are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You will be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to complete your purchase. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. You may not use our Services to post or transmit any illegal material or to engage in conduct that would violate any law or regulation.

DeCrypto.tax respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. We may remove content that infringes on the rights of others and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at legal@DeCrypto.tax.

DeCrypto.tax may deny or restrict your access to all or part of the Services without notice if you engage in any conduct that DeCrypto.tax believes violates these Terms. Upon termination, your Content and data may be deleted. If your account is terminated by us, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

You are solely responsible for protecting your passwords, private and public keys, and other personal information. DeCrypto.tax is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

You use the Services at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. DeCrypto.tax does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of the Services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

DeCrypto.tax, including any employees, affiliates, service providers, contractors or agents ("DeCrypto.tax Parties"), shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of our Services. DeCrypto.tax's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid DeCrypto.tax in the prior three (3) months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the DeCrypto.tax Parties harmless from any claim or demand arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of another.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Each Party shall pay their own costs and fees. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

DeCrypto.tax may provide notices and other disclosures to you electronically by posting them on DeCrypto.tax's website or by emailing you. Such notices or disclosures shall be considered received by you following the posting or twenty-four (24) hours after the email is sent.

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following the posting or notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.

We are not responsible for any data, content, services, or products provided by third parties. Links to third-party sites do not constitute endorsements of such sites or their content, products, or services.

DeCrypto.tax is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, tax authority, cryptocurrency exchange, or third-party software provider. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Any correspondence or business dealings with advertisers or affiliates on DeCrypto.tax are solely between you and the advertiser. DeCrypto.tax is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

You may terminate these Terms by ceasing your use of the Services. DeCrypto.tax may terminate or suspend your use or access to the Services at any time upon notice. Termination does not relieve you from your obligation to pay any amounts owed to DeCrypto.tax.

DeCrypto.tax's Services and Software contain proprietary and confidential material protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to alter, modify, lease, rent, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services or Software.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DeCrypto.tax regarding your use of the Services. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
